Wrecked black gallardo

Was driving home from gatwick airport today and spotted a brand new black gallardo on the back of a recovery van. Had extensive damage to the drivers side, such a shame to have damaged this beautiful car. Registration was V10 LAW hope the driver was ok, anybody know who it is?

was driving at the time so couldnt get a photo, did think about getting my phone out but roads were rather busy! Not the safest thing in the world!
