I tried something different and wish to pass it along to you experts. Not having driven mine much (weather related) I tried to start my Diablo this week, only cranked 5 sec +/- stopped and then re-tried and it fired immediately. What's up??? It sure beats the 12-14 seconds I've experienced before.

    Dave,

Nothing to worry. The same thing with my Roadster. I was told by Motorcars folks that it has to do with the distance the gas has to run through the fuel line to get to the engine esp. when the car sits for awhile. Mine takes about 4 seconds....I turn it off and retry and she fires right up (even after 3 weeks of sitting still).

It's good to know I have a common situation. Thanks for the post.
