New Gallardo in Chino California ??

Who owns this yellow Gallardo just purchased cruising on Riverside Drive a few days ago?

I was at my favorite mexican dive Taqueria El Ray and it came out of nowhere. I realize how out of place my f-car is in that neighborhood.
