If you own a Lamborghini, you just need to contact Polo Storico, to show them evidence of your ownership, to fix an appointment and they will show you the original producion file of your car.

    No copy allowed.

If you ask for a PS Certification, you will get inside the book some sheets of your production sheet…

I was requesting this obvious fact since 2016, as well as many others owners since.... now they have integrated, but they won't admit this request was coming from owners...

So Lamborghini Polo Storico will split the sump on a Miura that did not have this feature originally?

Thank you, Olivier. I was hoping to simply pay whatever fee, and get copies of whatever is in the file for my #3102. I suspected it wasn’t that simple. Darn. And I don’t get to Italy very often.

. I would have thought Lamborghini will do this if you ask them (and pay them) on the basis that it’s better they do it than you go and get someone else to do it.

Hi, I found this picture on a copy of the Italian Car Magazine Quattroruote dated 1970, and I think those of you who never saw it might find it interesting. In 1970 Bertone created this artwork that was shown at an exhibition at Agognate near Novara. It is called "Miurite 70" and it was purchased by an art collector. I wonder : where is it now ?

    interesting...

I know a company in Germany who could supply the 2 half sections of the front Hood (not the mid section) and another with Miura wheels for sale...

Looks very nice. Thanks for posting. A real shame it has el cheapo BF Goodrich Radial T/A tyres on it that are not speed rated up to the job (112 MPH). Also missing its left foot rest pedal.

    Beautiful photos.

Mr Sackey, btw do you have any news about the ex Onassis #3829 Miura S?
Is it still in the restoration process?

    Thank you in advance :)

I posted outtakes of this a few pages back, cool story.

I'm sorry, I haven't followed what happened with this one.

Thank you. Rosso Granada isn't it's original colour, correct?

    Any photos of it?

    Thank you

Here you go, I'm not sure this is faithful to original Rosso Granada Metallizzato (PPG 2.463.178), it has a strong pink hue.

Here's Valentino behind the wheel, original or not this color suits the Miura.

It's taken us 13 years and almost 3 million views to establish that it is in fact silver!

I think Miles' Miura S may possibly be 4045 delivered new in July 1969 to Kaplan in the USA.

The delivery date ties in with the film from which the above image stills come, and, if that is the car, then its the Miura in which Miles showed up in for the famed December 1969 Rolling Stones magazine article, and it would have been just a few months old at that point.

Whomever owns it, please check under the driver's seat to make sure the .357 Magnum is gone.
