    Two different cars. The car in your photo is a Koenig Diablo Roadster which resides in Brunei. The car in the link is a different, very poor car.

    The koenig in the picture doesn't look half bad but that link is gross... is it still for sale? because the photos are 5 years old!

    Neither car is an Affolter-tuned car. They had a pretty unique style with their rear bodywork/spoiler among their cars. I think a decent selection of them are available/viewable at their dealership these days.

    You'd probably have to e-mail them and ask. I don't see anything on their site about their modified cars anymore other than what can be seen in their showroom.
