Help with Leather Seats (Reupholstery) Questions

    Hi everyone,

    I am in need of some help. I am in the process of having my Jalpa restored and I am now working on the interior. The shop that is in charge of the overall restoration has come upon a snag. The leather upholster wants an exorbitant amount of money for the two seats.

    Does anyone have any figures (cost$) for reupholstering two bucket seats?

    Also does anyone know of a shop that specializes in reupholstering leather seats?

    The car is located in NH, but I can send the seats out.

    Hi David.
    Here in Italy, for my 328GTS, the upholster asked me 1600 € (around 2100 U.S. $) for the 2 complete seats and 400 € (around 500 U.S. $) for the tunnel........and for you?

    This guy wants $3600 just for teh leather and work. This does not include foam and padding!

    Do a search here,
    they do GREAT work, for little money ;)
