I think it's true.

 

The last option list I saw listed them as "Winter tires with standard alloy wheels" for $3800.00.

 

Are they 4 season tires or real winter tires? I know up here in Canada, 4 season tires are mandatory, and there is some confusion between summer/4season/winter tires ...
