    Hello all,

I noticed the clutch on my 5000s was becoming very light. When I checked the clutch master slave cylinder reservoir, it was dry. No leaks seen, but will diagnose soon. I am going to some general maintenance soon and wanted to know what fluids you guys are using for the following:

    Clutch
    Brakes
    Transmission
    Motor Oil
    Coolant

My car is a 1984 5000s carbureted car. Thanks in advance!

  3. I have the same car. Dot 3 or 4 brake fluid & for the clutch. I'm running Redline in the transmission. Penn Grade 20w50 in the engine. I switched over to Evans waterless coolant, which was a complete mess to do ( you drain the entire system & flush it out), however it is permanent application & does not require replacement every few years. Any pics of your car?
