    You can only see something like that in the pages of the Dupont Registry :)

    I guess since he says "asking price"... its just normal to make a first offer of say $120k less LOL

    Perhaps he is going to show his wife the magazine ? Honey I agree it is time to remodel the kitchen. I put your cell phone in the D.R. I will sell when we get the first reasonable offer. Oh darling.

    Went to his website and took a look cause I could not believe it. He is asking 104k and that is still the end of the world. Oh well, maybe he has a trunk full of money.
