1993 Lamborghini Diablo opinion

  1. Hey folks.. I have located a 93 Diablo with about 18K miles (14K km) on the clock. Asking price is $115,000...

This is the link. The car is local and I am setting up an appt to see in person next week..

I spoke with the 2nd owner who is selling it after having it for the past 5 years. Has all receipts and has had some work done to it like clutch, etc..

My question is what should I look for in this year Diablo.. Any particular issues that I should be aware of? I will have a PPI done if I would like to move forward.

Is the price within range? What is a fair asking price for this year and miles? What is a steal?

    Any info would be appreciated..

This is the link to the car

    Thanks All...

  3. i thought the first few years well selling about 15-20 cheaper then that?
  4. You'll find 91's and some 2's for around 95 grand but those are usually a little rough. Is this 93 a VT model. 100-105 should be a fair price. If a PPI checks out I'll bet the guy takes an offer in that range.
  5. VT didnt come out till 94.No power steering on the 93,if thats a factor.Price is too high.95-100k is the number.
  6. I agree.

I never find anything in the Dupont Registry to be priced at market price. I wonder why? I guess it is meant to be a dream book?

  8. I ran a full page ad along time ago,and featured 8 cars that I was selling.I also had them in Hemmings, and newspaper.I added about 20% to the price I was selling when I ran the Dupont ad.I sold 5 cars from the ad,at great prices.(for me).Amazing stuff.
